2. The Hiring Process Itself

The process can include delays, unexplained silence, canceled searches, changed requirements, rescinded offers, or outcomes that have nothing to do with the quality of your application. JobFlow is designed to run inside AI tools you already have access to, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Zenya Learning does not operate, control, or guarantee the uptime, accuracy, pricing, or behavior of any third-party AI service. If a tool changes its features, pricing, or terms, or experiences an outage, that is between you and that provider.

You are responsible for choosing the AI tool you use, reviewing that provider’s own terms of service and privacy practices, and deciding whether it fits your needs. Zenya Learning does not select or guarantee any specific AI platform for you and is not responsible for costs, data handling, outages, or policy changes made by any AI provider you choose.

4. AI-Generated Content

Any resume language, cover letter text, interview answers, or other content produced with the help of an AI tool while using JobFlow is a suggestion, not a finished, verified product. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or simply wrong for your specific situation.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and finalizing anything before you submit it to an employer.

Nothing generated through JobFlow should be treated as professional career counseling, legal advice, or a guaranteed job-search strategy.

Zenya Learning does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate for any particular employer, or free of errors.

5. Your Content Ownership

JobFlow does not collect, host, or store the resumes, cover letters, or other materials you create. Because that work happens inside your own AI tool account, Zenya Learning has no access to it and claims no ownership or rights over anything you write, paste, or generate while using JobFlow. You own your content and are responsible for how you use and store it.

6. Protect Your Own Sensitive Information

Do not enter sensitive personal information into any AI tool while using JobFlow. This includes, but is not limited to, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or passport numbers, financial account or routing numbers, and similar identifying information. This kind of detail is rarely, if ever, needed to build a resume or cover letter, and Zenya Learning is not responsible for what happens to information you choose to enter into a third-party AI tool.

If JobFlow ever links to a job posting, employer website, or other third-party page, that link is provided for convenience only. Zenya Learning does not control, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of any external site, and is not responsible for that site’s content, privacy practices, or the outcome of any application you submit through it.
