We walk through your team’s real work together and find the two or three places AI could make the biggest difference — not hypothetical use cases, the actual friction points in their day. Then we agree on where to start.

Use AI There, LiveSession 2

We put AI to work on that real task together, live, using your team’s actual work — not a demo. Your team builds the skill firsthand instead of watching someone else use it.

Lock It InSession 3

We document what worked, make sure your team can do it again without us in the room, and map out where to point these new AI skills next.
